Working with international clients
We are a cross-border advisory built to work across languages, time zones, and legal systems. Here is how an engagement with an overseas client runs.
- 01
Intro call
A complimentary 30-minute call — video or phone — to understand your goals and constraints.
- 02
Scope & proposal
A clear written scope, deliverables, and fee estimate before any work begins.
- 03
Engagement letter
A written engagement sets terms, confidentiality, and responsibilities.
- 04
Delivery & follow-up
Structured updates in your working language, with a clear next step at each stage.
Across borders
We work in English and Chinese day-to-day, and this site is available in six languages. We schedule around your time zone and keep communication concise and written where it helps.
Based in Shanghai and Hong Kong, we bridge Chinese and overseas practice — useful whether you are entering China or expanding out of it.
Fees & payment
We quote in your preferred currency where practical, including USD, and accept international wire transfer (and card where available). Fees and scope are agreed in writing before work starts — no surprises.
Most engagements begin with a fixed-scope first step so you can judge fit before committing further.
Confidentiality & conflicts
Your information is treated as confidential. We run a conflict check before taking on a matter, and we are careful with data — see our privacy policy for how we handle it.
