Selling AI to enterprises: governance evidence sets your deal speed
Enterprise AI buyers ask a full set of governance questions. Preparing the evidence in advance can cut months from the sales cycle.
When you sell an AI product to large enterprises, their legal and security teams raise a full set of governance questions: where data flows, whether the model is explainable, whether bias was tested, how misuse is handled.
These answers can't be improvised. Preparing model cards, data-processing descriptions, standard security-questionnaire answers, and third-party assessments in advance meaningfully speeds approval.
Especially in regulated sectors (finance, healthcare, public sector), governance evidence is often the threshold to make the procurement shortlist, not a bonus.
Treating governance documentation as a sales asset is a capability global AI teams routinely underestimate.
